SHORT TO MEDIUM TERM SECTOR CYCLE OF STOCK MARKET GIVEN BELOW
We are discussing to pick strong sector for buying and
weakest sector for selling.
We can see sector watch in bseindia.com
or index in nseindia.com.
If you see IT sector on top today,but if it is on top since last 2-3 days then be careful,
you should pick second or third best sector,if these are coming today from bottom to top.
In the same way,
if realty in bottom since last 2-3 days,
then choose second last sector which is coming from top to bottom
Use your common sense,which comes obviously from regular observation.
If you are trying to trade in OPTIONS(call-put),
then choose the sectors in which options are having regular good volumes.
for example.
consumer durable sector is not good for option trading.
If such sectors are strong, then choose cash trading or future trading with strict minimum stoploss on risk free time slot.
